Mali - Ein Land im permanenten Ausnahmezustand

Description

Als die französische Armee im Januar 2013 in Mali intervenierte und die Besatzung islamischer Terrormilizen beendete, wurde das westafrikanische Sahelland kurzfristig in die Schlagzeilen der Weltpresse katapultiert.

Seitdem ist es wieder stiller um Mali geworden, obwohl die Lage weiterhin äußerst angespannt ist. In der Veranstaltung soll die malische Mehrfachkrise seit 2012 rekonstruiert werden. Dabei wird es auch um die Interessen Deutschlands gehen - nicht nur im Lichte der 2014 neu verabschiedeten afrikapolitischen Leitlinien der Bundesregierung, sondern auch im Rahmen der gemeinsamen EU-Außenpolitik.

Die Veranstaltung "Mali - Ein Land im permanenten Ausnahmezustand" mit dem Referenten Olaf Bernau (Afrique-Europe-Interact) wird veranstaltet von:
