Erinnerungskultur in der Einwanderungsgesellschaft

Wie können die Erfahrungen der Geflüchteten, die deutsche Kolonialgeschichte und die Gastarbeitergeschichte Teile des deutschen Erinnerungsnarrativs werden?

Die Bundestagsfraktion von Bündnis 90/Die Grünen hat Anfang Mai ein Positionspapier mit dem Titel „Geschichten der Vielfalt. Erinnerungskultur in der Einwanderungsgesellschaft“ beschlossen.

Dieses Papier wird bei der Veranstaltung erstmals öffentlich vorgestellt. Ulle Schauws MdB, kulturpolitische Sprecherin der Bundestagsfraktion von Bündnis 90/Die Grünen, wird mit der Literaturwissenschaftlerin Prof. Dr. Aleida Assmann über das Positionspapier diskutieren. Zuletzt hat sich Prof. Dr. Aleida Assmann ihrem Buch „Das neue Unbehagen an der Erinnerungskultur. Eine Intervention“ kontrovers zum Thema geäußert.
