Mary Carroll, WITS Vice-Chair, will give an overview of WITS, our mission & our objectives followed by an introduction to Unconscious Bias, covering the following :
· What is unconscious bias?
· Examples of unconscious bias in the workplace
· Effects of unconscious bias
· Addressing unconscious bias

· 7.00pm - 8.15pm - Talk
· 8.15pm onwards - Networking
