The Inspector Cluzo: Das französische Funk-Rock-Duo veröffentlicht am 05. Februar ihr neues Doppel-Album „Rockfarmers“ – und stationiert auf ihrer Tournee im Berliner Maschinenhaus der Kulturbrauerei.

The Inspector Cluzo sind eine der erfolgreichsten französischen Rockbands und im Kern ein Duo - bestehend aus Mathieu ,Phil‘Jourdain (drums & vocal) und Laurent ,Malcom‘ Lacrouts (vocal & guitar). Seit 2007 versetzen sie die Welt in Erstaunen, dass sie ohne Bassgitarre so viel Alarm machen können.

Da die beiden Musiker daheim im französischen Gascone als Hobbyfarmer arbeiten, liegt es nur allzu nah, dass das neue Album eben dies im Titel trägt: Rockfarmers.

Das Album wurde von Vance Powel gemischt. Der dreifache Grammy-Award-Gewinner zeichnet unter anderem für Produktionen von Jack White, The Dead Weathers, Arctic Monkeys, Buddy Guy und Seasick Steve verantwortlich.

Das Album erscheint auf ihrem eigenen Label Fuckthebassplayer. Auf ihrer Deutschlandtour machen sie Halt in der Kulturbrauerei.
