Envisioning Critical Disability Studies at the U: A Community Discussion

Description

Are you interested in Disability Studies? Do you wish there were more opportunities to engage in disability studies at the U? Do you have an exciting event idea the CDSC could host next year? If so, this meeting is for you! After discussing Helen Meekosha and Russell Shuttleworth’s 2009 article “What’s so ‘critical’ about critical disability studies,” we’ll turn our conversation to envisioning a place for critical disability studies on our campus. All are welcome.
