Description

Marion Schwan (Saxophon) und Amelie Zapf (Piano) stellen anlässlich des Internationalen Frauentages Kompositionen von Jazzmusikerinnen diesseits und jenseits des Atlantiks vor. Das Duo wird eine Vielfalt hörenswerter Werke von Jazzkomponistinnen aus den USA, Deutschland und weiteren europäischen Ländern sowohl musikalisch präsentieren als auch einen kurzen musikhistorischen Überblick über Leben und Werk der Komponistinnen geben, um deren Lebensleistung ins öffentliche Bewußtsein zu bringen.

Eine Veranstaltung der Frauenbeauftragten Tempelhof-Schönebergs in Kooperation mit BEGINE – Treffpunkt & Kultur für Frauen e.V. zum Internationalen Frauentag
