A-CA 16 ist die Fortsetzung einer A-Cappella-Festival-Reihe, die im Kesselhaus in der Kulturbrauerei bereits zwei Mal stattfand. Das Festival zeichnet sich besonders durch neue Herangehensweisen in der A-Cappella-Musik aus und begeisterte das Publikum durch elektronische Sounds, meisterhaft arrangierte Popsongs, wummernde Bässe und krachende Beats.
