move e.V. und Netzwerk Care Revolution Regionalgruppe Berlin/Brandenburg laden ein:

Bundestagsabgeordnete diskutieren seit längerem ein sog.
Prostituiertenschutzgesetz, dessen Verabschiedung für das Frühjahr 2016 geplant ist. Forderungen nach erheblichen Gesetzesverschärfungen kommen ebenfalls von den unterschiedlichsten bürgerlichen Gruppierungen.

Das Gesetz soll u. a. die Rechte von Sexarbeiter_innen erheblich einschränken. Eingeführt werden sollen u.a.
Zwangs-Gesundheitsberatungen und Zwangs-Registrierungen als Sexarbeiter_in mit einer Art Gesinnungsprüfung.

Kein anderer Beruf ist derartigen Maßnahmen ausgesetzt. Das Gesetz greift stark in die Grundrechte von Sexarbeiter_innen ein und führt zu einer enormen Begrenzung der Berufsfreiheit.

Die gesellschaftliche Stigmatisierung ist weiterhin groß und wird durch derartige Gesetze noch vergrößert. Sexarbeiter_innen lehnen den restriktiven Gesetzesvorschlag ab und betonen die negativen Folgen, die es für ihren Alltag mit sich bringen würde.

Deswegen brauchen Sexarbeiter_innen unsere Solidarität sowohl im Kampf gegen das geplante Gesetz und grundsätzlich gegen Abwertungen und Einschränkungen.

Wir laden Euch zu dem Kurzfilm „fragments of ava“
und einem Input über das "GESETZ ZUR REGULIERUNG DES PROSTITUTIONSGEWERBES SOWIE ZUM
SCHUTZ VON IN DER PROSTITUTION TÄTIGEN PERSONEN" ein.
Im Austausch miteinander wollen wir zusammen überlegen, wie eine solidarische Unterstützung von Sexarbeiter_innen und gemeinsame Kämpfe aussehen können. Mit einem Getränk lassen wir den Abend ausklingen.

Die Veranstaltung will solidarisch mit Sexarbeiter_innen sein und in diesem Sinne informieren und weiterdenken.

Solidarty with sex workers!

Monday, the 7th of December, 8 pm at faq, Jonasstraße 40, 12053 Berlin

For quite some time now, members of the German parliament have been
discussing a so called sex worker protection law that is supposed to be
adopted in the spring of 2016. Demands to tighten the law have also been
made by a variety of civil groups.

The law is supposed to limit the rights of sex workers immensely. It
includes mandatory health consultations and registrations of sex workers
in combination with a test of dispositions.

No other work field has to face such measures. The new regulations are
intervening severely into the fundamental rights of sex workers and lead
to great limitations regarding the freedom of profession.

The social stigma is still very big and laws like these are ensuring
that the stigma will continue to grow. Sex workers are rejecting this
restrictive and regressive proposal and stress the negative consequences
this will have for their everyday life.

Therefore, the sex workers need our solidarity not only in the struggle
against the new law, but also regarding the general devaluation and the
following restrictions.

We invite you to join us for the short movie „fragments of ava“ and
for an input about the „law regulating the industry of prostitution
and the security for the people working in the field of prostitution“.
Together we want to discuss possible actions in solidarity with the sex
workers and also our joint fight against the law.

Afterwards, we will close the evening by enjoying some refreshments.

The event is in solidarity with sex workers and wants to inform and give
an impuls for more thoughts on the topic.
