Description

Haben Sie schon mal über eine Psychotherapie nachgedacht, wissen aber viel zu wenig darüber? Hier werden Sie beraten.

Schwerpunkte des Beratungsangebotes:

- Überblick und Information über psychische Störungen (z. B. Depression, Angststörung, Beziehungsstörungen) und therapeutische Verfahren
- Information über die Gestaltung, Ablauf und Ziele von Psychotherapie
- Unterstützung bei der Auswahl einer geeigneten Therapieeinrichtung und gegebenenfalls bei der Vermittlung eines geeigneten Therapeuten / therapeutische Einrichtung
- Überbrückung der Phase bis zum Therapiebeginn durch supportive Gespräche

Die Beratung erfolgt durch eine Dipl.-Psychologin, ist kostenlos und unterliegt der Schweigepflicht.
