Description
Shiatsu - Einzelbehandlungen für Frauen, ca. 90 Minuten
Shiatsu ist eine "Daumendruck-Massage", die Energieblockaden und Verspannungen lösen kann. Theoretischer Hintergrund ist die traditionelle chinesische Medizin.
Die achtsame Berührung wird als entspannend, z. T. als tröstlich und beschützend erlebt. Gerade auch für Frauen mit Gewalterfahrungen kann Shiatsu heilsam sein.
Die Behandlungen finden in unseren FRIEDA-Räumlichkeiten in einem speziell für Sie hergerichteten Raum statt. In bequemer Kleidung können Sie hier entspannen.
