m 02. Mai 2013 findet im Übersee-Museum Bremen eine Auseinandersetzung mit dem Thema "Rolle der Regierungen in Afrika - Analyse und Perspektiven" statt. Hierzu wird Prof. Dr. Manfred Hinz von der Universität Bremen eine Einführung in das Thema geben und Dr. Joy Alemazung von der Hochschule Bremen sein Buch "State Constitutions and Governments without Essence in Post-Independence Africa" vorstellen. Bei einem afrikanischem Imbiss wird Zeit zum Austausch geboten.
