Die Künstlerin gehörte mit ihren „Inszenierten Photographien“ zur künstlerischen Avantgarde der 20er Jahre und erlebt ihre Wiederentdeckung als Photographin in Berlin mit Verwunderung und bereits über 90 Jahre alt. Der Film dokumentiert die ausdrucksstarke Gestik und Mimik und ihre ungebrochene Kraft bis ins hohe Alter und folgt ihrem Werdegang als Gebrauchsgrafikerin, Photographin, Pflanzenportraitmalerin und engagierte Sozialpädagogin.
