Die Juristinnen Schweiz greifen rechtliche Aspekte auf, die sich in der Frage weiblicher Schönheit mit ihrer ganzen Ambivalenz stellen. Was sagt das Recht zum Schönheitszwang oder zum Schönheitsstreben, die beim weiblichen Geschlecht weit verbreitet sind? Welches sind die drängenden rechtlichen Aspekte, muss sich das Recht überhaupt damit befassen?
Ausgewiesene Fachfrauen beleuchten aus rechtlicher, psychologischer, soziologischer und medizinischer Sicht die Fragen, die sich dabei stellen.
