"Hoffnung im Herzen. Mündliche Poesie- May Ayim" von Maria Binder, Co-produktion Dagmar Schultz (Dok.35 min.,D1997)
Ein Porträt über May Ayim (1960-1996), der Afrodeutschen Dichterin, Wissenschaftlerin und politischen Persönlichkeit,
die eine der Vorreiterinnen der Schwarzen-Bewegung in Deutschland war und mit ihrer Forschung zur Geschichte und Gegenwart Afrodeutscher und mit ihrer politischen Lyrik im In -und Ausland bekannt wurde.
Im Anschluss an den Film liest Ika Hügel-Marschall aus ihrer Autobiographie "Daheim unterwegs. Ein deutsches Leben"
Anschließend Gespräch mit Ika Hügel-Marschall und Dagmar Schultz,
