Salvador Allende - Filmabend

Description

Ein Film über Salvador Allende von Patricio Guzmán aus dem Jahre 2004 (Dauer 104 Minuten) wird am Mittwoch, 1. Februar, 18 Uhr, , Doventorstraße 4, 28195 Bremen, gezeigt.
Der Film zeichnet Allendes Leben und Wirken nach. Dabei nehmen die chilenische Volksfront und die politischen Kämpfe Allendes einen zentralen Platz ein. Der Anlass für die Filmvorführung ist unter anderem der Besuch einer chilenischen Delegation linker Studierender und Gewerkschafter in Bremen (Veranstaltung des DGB Bremen-Elbe-Weser, NGG Bremen-Weser-Elbe, GEW Bremen am 3. Februar), die über ihre Erfahrungen berichten werden. Deshalb kann der Filmabend auch als Vorbereitung auf den Austausch mit der chilenischen Delegation genutzt werden.
