Description

Im Januar 2009 bebte in Haiti die Erde und tausende Menschen verloren ihr Hab und Gut. Das Übersee-Museum gedenkt am Donnerstag, 12. Januar, ab 15 Uhr den Opfern dieser Katastrophe in zwei Veranstaltungen. Um 15 Uhr spricht ein Vertreter des Internationalen Museumsbundes in der Reihe "Museumsgespräche" über seine Arbeit in Katastrophengebieten und die Herausforderung, das kulturelle Gut in Krisenzeiten zu bewahren. Um 18:30 Uhr führt der Bremer Vodou-Priester Matthias Möller exklusiv durch die Vodou-Ausstellung. Statt eines Eintritts wünschen er und das Übersee-Museum sich eine Spende für die Stiftung Marianne Lehmann.
