Live: Kevin Drumm und Thomas Ankersmit

Kevin Drumm aus Chicago begann als Impro-Musiker mit preparierter Gitarre, wechselte dann zu Laptop sowie analogen Synthesizern. Seine Konzerte bescheren den Hörern mal eigenwillige Ambient-Flächen mal dichte Texturen aus Noise. Unter seinen über 40 Veröffentlichungen auf Labels wie Mego, Hanson oder Erstwhile Records finden sich Kolaborationen mit Jim O’Rourke, Axel Dörner, Aaron Dilloway, Leif Elggren und vielen anderen. Bei Rem spielt er zusammen mit dem holländischen Saxophonisten und Elektroniker Thomas Ankersmit.
