Wiarton Women's March

Women's March Canada - Wiarton would like to acknowledge that Wiarton is on the traditional territory of The Saugeen Ojibway Nation Collectively, the Chippewas of Nawash Unceded First Nation and the Saugeen First Nation are referred to as Saugeen Ojibway Nation Territories We keep this acknowledgement at the forefront of our events and thank the Haudenosaunee, Anishinabek and Odawa peoples for allowing us to gather.

Women’s organizations in Wiarton with the organizers of last year’s Women’s March invite you to save the date for a timely conversation about women’s issues and practical tools for community organizing and lobbying in Wiarton.

We will meet at Town Hall, walk up and down Berford St. and will gather for an opportunity to share words of inspiration, wisdom, poems, music. Should you wish to share something please contact Jessica to make arrangements.
