Women's March 2018: Dubuque Actions

Two events will take place on 1/20:
1) A caravan to a large rally in Des Moines
2) A "March and Meet" in Dubuque. Info about both is below.

The need for women to demonstrate our power and give voice to the issues that unite and concern us is as clear as it has ever been. On the anniversary weekend of the historic 2017 Women's March worldwide we will unite with other grassroots groups to celebrate the spirit of resistance, renew our commitment to build a positive community, and show the unity and strength of all Iowans. These events are designed to engage and empower voters to support women's rights, human rights, social and environmental justice, and to encourage participation in 2018 elections.

CARAVAN

This amount is reduced thanks to a $500 sponsorship to defray costs by the Dubuque County Democrats.
