Northern New Jersey NOW invites you to celebrate Convention Days 2017, July 14-16. This three day event will be filled with exciting speakers, historical actors (Elizabeth Cady Stanton & Frederick Douglass), theater performances, children's activities, multiple art exhibits, vendors, and so much more. Keynote Speaker will be Elizabeth Nyamayaro from UN Women, the head of HeForShe.

NNJ NOW has reserved a block of rooms at the Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Seneca Fallswhich is a three minute drive from the National Park site where the convention is being held. The hotel is located at: 1966 US Route 20, Seneca Falls, NY 13148-9406, their number is: 315-539-8438. The block rate is 10% off of their usual rates. The hotel is sold out for single and two-bed rooms but they have set aside a block of suites for $116 for Thursday night and $126 for the weekend nights. If you are interested in using one of the rooms, ask for the block under the name: “Koziar – Group.” Please note that you can get more competitive rates is you use online hotel search engines. There are other hotels in Seneca Falls. The Hampton Inn Seneca Falls is a 4 minute drive from the convention site. The hotel address is: 1950 Balsley Road, Seneca Falls, New York, 13148, USA TEL: +1-315-539-3939. Their standard rate is $225 for a two-queen-bed room. (Please note: the Gould Hotel which is 2 doors down from the convention site is completely booked for July 13-16.)
There are hotels in several towns in the area; some of them are very inexpensive. If you are on a budget, we suggest you use hotel search engines like booking.com and look for rooms in towns such as: Waterloo, Geneva, and Auburn.
Transportation:

To make it fair for the drivers, we suggest that passengers pay drivers anywhere between $50-80 (based on low end IRS mileage rates) plus tolls. The mileage to Seneca Falls varies depending on where, in NJ, you live. To give you an idea of the distance and time it takes to get there, the trip from Hackensack to Seneca Falls is 261 miles and from Red Bank it is 286 miles. Without traffic and stopping for gas, toilets, etc., the trip takes 5 hours from both of these locations according to MapQuest.
