WORK PARTY provides you dedicated time to make headway on your projects in the company of industrious women because progress won’t happen without consciously creating space to do so.

What you can expect from a New Women Space WORK PARTY:

A consciously designed space to ensure you walk away feeling productive and energized. Our split level floors enable: (1) distinct space to put your head down and work and (2) devoted space to pick your head up and meet someone new.
An opportunity to meet other motivated women who can provide feedback and inspiration for your project
An opportunity to get feedback from a featured specialist in topics such as: service design, digital design, law, marketing, website development, self-branding, finance, life coaching, etc.
The ability to come back each week and be a part of the New Women Space community.

Elisa's experience in mission-driven start-ups (ZeroCater, Good Eggs, and now Artsy) has taught her how to help company leaders create a culture of feedback, respect, and open two-way communication—all aspects critical to success in fast-growth and values-driven workplaces.
