Rebecca DeRosa believes that anyone can practice yoga regardless of age, ability, gender, or body type. Her classes are a a combination of vigorous Vinyasa flow, nurturing restorative poses, and calming meditation. She studied in Dharmashala, India with Anushree Singh and Mahinder Prasad, both of whom practiced under the guidance of B.K.S. Iyengar. In order to achieve peace and wellness for all, Rebecca is excited to share her practice with you!
