*Tell us about your business, what inspired you to get into it, what you sell/service you offer, what makes your business stand out and how it impacts you, your community or the environment.
Cameron Pro Audio formed out of a great desire to provide unmatched sound quality delivery to audiences for all types of music & performances. Since the partnership between us and Miners Foundry, more music and performances of all types than ever before have been presented to our historic small town in the foothills of The Sierra. Acts ranging from the Red Hot Chili Peppers & The Wailers to folk heroes like Greg Brown & Iris Dement have graced our stage since the improvement of our audio system.

*How would you use the FedEx Small Business Grant money to make a significant impact on your business?
We are in desperate need of an upgraded on-stage monitoring system for performers. Our current monitors are not truly adequate to continue attracting upscale acts to present to our community. The sound on stage for the performers is just as important as what the audience hears. The grant money would immediately be used to purchase new monitors and amplifiers to appease performer's technical riders & bring in the acts that people here & who travel here truly want to see.
