⚧ Feminist Society Annual General Meeting ⚧

The Aberdeen Feminist society invites you to join our General Annual Meeting!

During this meeting, we will discuss our achievements from this academic year, possible changes for the upcoming year and review our Constitution to see whether any possible changes should be made.

If you are interested in joining the committee, this is your chance to do so. The following positions will be available for running:

>President
The President shall have the overall responsibility for the affairs of the society. They shall chair all meetings of the society unless decided otherwise by the committee or where otherwise provided for in this constitution.

> Treasurer
The Treasurer oversees financial matters, concerns and transactions on the behalf of the society.

> Secretary
The Secretary shall be responsible for recording meetings and keeping correspondence and reports.

> PR Manager
The Public Relations Manager will be responsible for advertisement of the society’s events and press material.

>Event-coordinator
The Event-coordinator is responsible for the coordination of events. This duty includes responsibility for e.g. contacting venues outside of campus, audio-visual systems, speakers and overseeing the event itself.

> Ordinary member
The Ordinary Committee Member(s) shall have tasks allocated to them as required by the committee.

We encourage everyone interested to apply for a position, regardless of their gender identity etc.!
