Please join us for a review of the last financial year at the Feminist Library's AGM. As well as the formal business we will be celebrating our achievements and discussing ideas for future plans. Refreshments will be provided.

1. Apologies.
2. Chair's presentation of the Annual Report.
3. Treasurer’s report on the accounts and financial statements.
4. Resolution 1: To adopt the annual accounts for the year ending 31 March 2017 and Treasurer’s report.
5. Resolution 2: To appoint the accountants for the year 2017/18. It is proposed that the Feminist Library’s current accountants are retained. The current accountants are Community 360.
6. Election of Trustees.
7. Any other business.
8. Close.

8.30pm Open discussion on future of the Library and its events and volunteering programme.
