Berlin March for Choice Solidarity Rally

We want to gather again this year, like last year (see event pic!)
in solidarity with 6th Annual March for Choice 30th Sept.
Ahead of an expected referendum on repealing the 8th amendment in the Republic of Ireland in 2018, and the continuing struggle for abortion rights in Northern Ireland in a year when activists are being persecuted and those who have bought the abortion pill online are being prosecuted, we want to show our support for a change in abortion law all over Ireland. We demand that the misogynistic and dangerous 8th amendment is removed from the Constitution of the Republic of Ireland, we demand decriminalisation of abortion in Ireland and abortion access in Ireland now.
The rally is also in solidarity with this year's Rally for Choice! in Belfast.

This is a grassroots organised community event so no party political banners or flags please!

Exact Meeting Point:
Our meeting point will be (like last year) next to the Gemeinschaftsgarten Allmende-Kontor, which is close to the Kienitzerstr. entrance to the park. The nearest u-bahn stations are either U Boddinstrasse or U Leinestrasse (U8)

Bring your banners, placards and prochoice art with you. If you have ideas for the rally message us. We plan to have an organisational meeting soon. This event is for anyone who supports abortion rights in Ireland now.
