Berlin Sessions X Klunkerkranich

In Klunkerkranich, Berlin, Deutschland
Am 27. September 2017 16:00 - 23:59

Beschreibung

It’s fall. At least meteorologically. But this doesn’t stop us from inviting you to this years seventh edition of our residency at Berlin’s most beautiful rooftop: Klunkerkranich. We’ve curated a lineup which will make you dream of an everlasting summer, full of joy and beautiful moments. Please welcome with us Lucas Laufen, Leon Francis Farrow and FOOTPRINT PROJECT!

It’s music with a view. We are welcoming you for drinks, good music and a spectacular view all over this beautiful town!

/////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////
FOOTPRINT PROJECT
Using Brass, Bass, Guitar, Keys, Beatbox and Drums, the phenomenal Footprint Project has already left its marks in this years’ festival landscape. Their unique sound - a mix between Funk and Soul, Jazz and Electronica, simply called “Powerfunk” - makes you move in an instant. It’s heartwarming, it’s danceable - it’s all you need for a perfect night.

/////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////
Leon Francis Farrow
It is rare for a band from Germany to draw influence from 1960s beat music and classic Americana as much as Leon Francis Farrow do. While their approach to indie rock music clearly belongs in the 21st century.

/////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////
Lucas Laufen
Lucas Laufen is a Folk artist whose music is heavily influenced by the coastal county town in South Australia that he called home before travelling abroad. It’s an expression of his life in this town and the reaction he had to leaving it. Expect simple sombre folk, with delicate and dreamy melodies, embellishing melancholy with honest hope.
