The London Feminist Film Festival is back for its 5th edition, from 17 to 20 August!
We screen feminist films by women directors from around the world, with panel discussions and Q&As after each session.
LFFF’s Feminist Classic will be screened at BFI Southbank this year – The Sealed Soil, the first film by an independent Iranian female director, follows a young woman struggling for independence in her small village. The rest of the festival will be at the lovely Rio Cinema in Dalston, and will include sessions on violence against women and girls, Indian women claiming spaces, feminism and the archive, and much more. Each session includes a panel to discuss the themes dealt with in the films.
Don't miss our after-party from 6pm on Sunday 20 August at High Water cocktail bar!
