WE RECLAIM OUR PRIDE!!
Omdat wij niet de vrijheid van één groep willen vieren als dit ten koste gaat van de vrijheid van andere groepen.

Wat is er aan de hand?
Waar de Pride ooit begon als een beweging die voor vrijheid vocht, is het tegenwoordig uitgegroeid tot een feest dat draait om commercie en geld. Een viering waar bovendien bepaalde bedrijven en politieke partijen aan meedoen die niets met deze ‘vrijheidsstrijd’ te maken hebben. Voor ons is er namelijk geen Pride in wapenhandel en in de bouw van vernietigende pijpleidingen zoals ING die financiert. Er is geen Pride in het etnisch profileren van jongeren van kleur door de politie, of in het meevechten in grondstoffenoorlogen. En er is zeker geen Pride in het racisme en het nationalisme van de VVD. Net als in de tijden van Stonewall is onze Pride intersectioneel: wij kunnen niet de vrijheid van een bepaalde groep vieren als die ten koste gaat van de vrijheid van andere groepen.

Daarbij zien we ook hoe LHBTQI+-rechten worden gebruikt voor een racistische, populistische en extreem rechtse hetze tegen moslims en vluchtelingen. Zij zouden 'onze waarden' bedreigen. Dit homonationalisme is misplaatst, omdat Nederland helemaal niet zo 'tolerant' is en veel witte mensen discrimineren op basis van seksualiteit en genderidentiteit. LHBTQI+ vluchtelingen worden, net als veel andere mensen die vluchten voor armoede of oorlog, zonder pardon gedeporteerd. Bovendien wordt er in veel niet-westerse landen ook strijd geleverd tegen onderdrukking op basis van seksualiteit en gender, en zijn er daar ook mensen die zich niet in de dominante seksualiteits- en genderhokjes willen laten plaatsen. Mensen die LHBTQI+ rechten een warm hart toedragen zouden zich juist hiermee moeten verbinden in plaats van deze in te zetten in een politiek van racisme en Islamofobie.

Waar komen we vandaan?
Zevenenveertig jaar geleden betekenden de Stonewall rellen in New York - onder leiding van Sylvia Rivera en Marcia P. Johnson - het begin van de huidige pride-beweging. De constante intimidatie en bedreiging door de politie, in combinatie met hun achtergestelde positie in de samenleving, was de druppel die de emmer deed overlopen. De groep die in actie kwam, bestond hoofdzakelijk uit vrouwen, transgender mensen en mensen van kleur uit de armere lagen van de bevolking.

Hoewel er sinds Stonewall belangrijke winsten zijn geboekt door de LHBTQI+ beweging, is er ook in Nederland nog een wereld te winnen als het gaat om bevrijding van hetero- en cisnormativiteit en seksisme. Door deze vormen van onderdrukking zijn mensen op straat niet veilig en worden gedwongen hun seksuele oriëntatie en genderidentiteit te verstoppen. Velen onder ons durven niet hand in hand over straat te lopen en worden geconfronteerd met homofobe opmerkingen of zelfs geweld: op straat, op school en op de werkplek. Stonewall leert ons dat het hierbij belangrijk is op te letten dat de mate van uitsluiting en discriminatie vaak afhankelijk is van kleur, klasse en gender. En dat we dit ‘intersectionele aandachtspunt’ mee moeten nemen in onze strijd!

Wat willen we?
Deze radicale wortels van Stonewall lijken in de mainstream viering van Pride vergeten te worden. Dit is waarom we op 5 augustus - in al onze diversiteit - samen willen komen op een grote brug, tijdens de Canal Parade om te laten zien waar LHBTQI+-strijd om draait: radicale bevrijding.

We willen niet langer dat onze rechten gekaapt worden om in te zetten voor racistische politieke argumenten en homonationalisme. We willen dat de Pride weer van ons wordt, in plaats van een commercieel feest. We willen een intersectionele Pride waarbij de strijd tegen discriminatie op basis van seksualiteit en gender wordt gekoppeld aan de strijd tegen racisme, seksisme, klasse- en andere vormen van uitsluiting. Omdat wij de vrijheid van één groep niet willen vieren door anderen te onderdrukken. Daarom reclaimen wij op deze dag onze Pride en brengen we het terug naar de strijd voor onze bevrijding.

Because we do not wish to celebrate the freedom of one group at the expense of other groups.

What’s going on?
Where Pride once began as a movement that fought for freedom, these days it has grown into a party about commerce and money. What is more, Pride has become a celebration that involves the participation of certain corporations and political parties that are far removed from this fight for freedom. But for us there is no Pride in arms trade and the construction of destructive pipelines like those financed by the ING Group. There is no Pride in the ethnic profiling of youth of color by police, or in joining the war over natural resources. And there is certainly no pride in the racism and nationalism of the VVD. Just like in the Stonewall times, our Pride is intersectional: we cannot celebrate the freedom of one group at the expense of the freedom of other groups.

We also see how LGBTQI+ rights are being used for a racist, populist, and far right smear campaign against muslims and refugees. They are said to threaten ‘our values’. This homonationalism is misguided, because The Netherlands isn’t really that ‘tolerant’ and many white people discriminate on the basis of sexuality and gender identity. Like many other people who are fleeing poverty or war, LGBTQI+ refugees are mercilessly being deported. Moreover, in many non-western countries a battle is being fought against sexuality and gender oppression, and in those countries there are also people who do not want to be put into the dominant sexuality and gender categories. People who value LGBTQI+ rights should actually support this rather than employ it in a politics of racism and Islamophobia.

Where are we from?
Forty seven years ago the Stonewall riots in New York―led by Sylvia Rivera and Marcia P. Johnson―marked the beginning of the Pride movement as we know it today. The constant intimidation and threatening by the police, combined with their disadvantaged position in society, were the final straw. The group that came into action, consisted primarily of women, transgender people and people of color from the lower classes of society.

Although the LGBTQI+ movement has made significant progress since the Stonewall riots, there is still a lot to gain when it comes to the liberation from hetero/cis-normativity and sexism in the Netherlands. Because of these forms of oppression people are not safe out on the streets, and are being forced to hide their sexual orientation and gender identity. Many among us do not dare to hold hands in public for fear of being confronted with homophobic slurs or even violence: on the streets, in school and at work. Stonewall teaches us that it is important to pay attention that the degree of exclusion and discrimination often depends on color, race and gender. And that we must strive for an emphasis on intersectionality in our struggle!

What do we want?
These radical roots of Stonewall seem to have been forgotten in the mainstream celebration of Pride. This is why we want to gather―in all our diversity―on a big bridge, during the Canal Parade on August 5th, to show what the LGBTQI+ fight is about: radical liberation.

We stand up against our rights being hijacked and used for racist political arguments and homonationalism. We want the Pride to be ours again, instead of a commercial party.
Because we do not want to celebrate the freedom of one group by oppressing others. That is why on this day we will reclaim our Pride and bring it back to the fight for our liberation.

نحن سنسترجع فخرنا

و هذا لأننا غير مهتمين بالاحتفال بحرية مجموعة على حساب غيرها

ما هي الاشكالية ؟

انطلقت مسيرات الفخر في الأصل ككفاح من اجل الحرية لكن باتت هذه الاحتفالات تدريجيا مجردة من كل معانيها الراديكالية السابقة و صارت اليوم تدور بالأساس حول التجارة والاموال الطائلة،و جزء من هذه الاحتفالات بالتجارة و المال هي شركات و أحزاب سياسية بعيده كل البعد عن الكفاح من أجل الحرية التي خاض من اجلها رفاقنا ورفيقاتنا معارك قاسية بالماضي ،فبالنسبة لنا ،ليس هناك فخر في تجارة الاسلحة و بناء انابيب النفط القذره المدعومة من “ أي ان خي بانك” هذا البنك الدي يشارك بانتظام في مسيرات الفخر الهولندية ،و ايضا ليس هناك فخر في التنميط العرقي للشباب الملونين من طرف رجال الشرطة او المشاركة في الحروب لاستنزاف الموارد الطبيعية ،و ليس هناك فخر وسط العنصرية و الوطنية التي تحضر بقوة و المتمثلة في اليمين PVVالوسط كحزب الشعب للحرية و الديمقراطية

فخرنا تقاطعي ،كما كان عندما واجه اول شخص الشرطة و بدأ الكفاح ضدﻻ وحشية الشرطة في جبهة ستون وال بنيويورك :نحن لا يمكننا أن نحتفل بالحرية لمجموعة محددة ،عندما تكون هذه الحرية قادمة ،على حساب مجموعات أخرى فلا فخر بدون تحررنا جميعا

و قد نرى أيضا أن حقوق مجتمع الميم قد استخدمت مرارا للدفع بأجندة شعبوية يمينية متطرفة ضد المسلمين واللاجئين من منطلق أنهم يهددون منظومة المبادئ الهولندية. والحقيقة أن تلك القومية مغلوطة، لأن هولندا ليست دولة متسامحة، فهناك الكثير من حالات التمييز على أساس جنسي و جندري من قبل البيض. فاللاجئين المثليين يرحلون ،كما يرحل العديد من غيرهم الذين فرو من الفقر والحرب. فى هناك أيضا حرب ضد التمييز الجنسي والجندري خارج الدول الغربية حيث لا يصنف البعض أنفسهم ضمن الخانات السائدة للنوع والجنس.

أن هذا السرد حول المسلمين و عدم توافقهم مع هذا النمودج المهمل من القيم الهولندية الليبرالية هو تجاهل لنشاط مجتمع الميم بالدول الغير غريبة و تجاهل نشاطهم المضاد للإستعمار على حساب الدفع بأجنده عنصريه و معاديه للإسلام

من نحن؟

سبعة وأربعين سنة مضت ، عصيان ستون وول بنيويورك قادته امراتان متحولاتان ملونتان ،سيلفيا ريفيرا و ماراشا جونسون ،سجلن بداية حركة الفخر المعاصرة التي اثارتها اعمال التخويف و الإيذاء المستمر من طرف الشرطة ،بالإضافة إلى وضعيتهن الغير المواتية داخل المجتمع الواسع،كل هذه الحيثيات ولدت حركة تمرد عفوية ضد النظام المهيمن ،المجموعة التي بدأت هذا التحرك كان جلها يتألف من نساء،و أشخاص متحولات و متحولين و أشخاص ملونين ،الذين جاؤوا من الفئات الأكثر تهميشا داخل
المجتمع

و على الرغم من بعض المكتسبات الهامة التي حققها مجتمع الميم ،لازال هناك الكثير مما يمكن فعله لوقف النييز ضد مجتمع الميم بهولاندا ،خصوصا مع الفجوات الغيرية-الابوية و تنميط السيس ،والتمييز الجنسي ،هذا النظام من القمع و الأشخاص المساهمين فيها هم لديهم المسؤولية حول لماذا الكثير منا لا يشعرون بالأمان بالشارع و مجبرين على تخبئة ميولاتهم الجنسية و هويتهم الجندرية في الأماكن العمومية ،فلا يمكننا أن نمشي يدا بيد
في الفضاءات العامة من دون ان يكون هناك تضييق ترانسفوبي و هوموفوبي،علمتنا ستون وول ان ننظر باهتمام للاقصاء و التمييز الذي هو ايضا طبقي ،عرقي و جندري و لهذا علينا ان نكون تقاطعين في نضالنا اذا اردنا ان نحرر انفسنا و من نحب

ماذا نريد؟

يبدو ان هذه الجذور الراديكالية تنسى في مسيرات الفخر السائدة الآن ،لهذا نحن نريد ان نتجمع معا يوم 5 غشت/أغسطس ،بكل تعدداتنا الرائعة على جسر كبير بمسيرة فخر امستردام ، لنظهر للجميع اننا نضالنا هو من أجل:تحرر راديكالي للجميع

لم نعد نريد ان تستعمل قضيتنا في الإطارات العنصرية و النقاشات السياسية و الوطنية-المثلية ، تحن نريد الفخر ليكون شيء نقوم به نحن ،بدل الاحتفالات التجارية المقرفة التي تجعل منه مجردا من سياسات الرادكالية ، نحن نريد فخرا تقاطعي حيت يكون به الكفاح ضد القمع المبني على الهويات الجندرية و الميولات الجنسية ، و المرتيط بغير انفصال بالصراع ضد العنصرية،التمييز الجنسي و الطبقية ، لهذا نحن نريد اعادة فخرنا في هذا اليوم و نرجعه لراديكاليته
