Wonderwoman - Art Kibbutz at the New York Poetry Festival

In honor of Israeli actor Gal Gadot's star turn in #WonderWoman, Art Kibbutz NY - International Jewish Artist Colony is proud to invite singers, spoken word artists and poets to prepare a presentation on the theme of wonder women at the The New York City Poetry Festival on Governor's Island on Sunday, July 30th 12:00 - 12:30pm.

What is a Wonder Woman? A woman you admire for her wonderous qualities. She can be a character from folklore, the Bible, history, contemporary life or your own life. Supported by the Jewish Women's Foundation of New York and the National Endowment for the Arts.

TRANSPORTATION
Governors Island is accessible by a short ferry ride that runs from Manhattan and Brooklyn – also from New Jersey and Staten Island at regular business hours. The ferry runs once every hour, it is ADA compatible.
