Public Art Party

Join us Saturday, April 22 for an all day event at Shoestring Studio, 640 Classon Avenue, and Shoestring Press, 663 Classon Avenue, to benefit independent investigative journalism and social activism! We're throwing a dual benefit for Lady Parts Justice League and ProPublica!

Shoestring Studio will host a silent auction from 12 noon until 9pm, in collaboration with artists from the Nasty Women Unite Fest (https://nastywomenunitefest.com/about/). Join us for live music, meet members of LPJL and NWUF, and bid on original drawings, paintings, prints and textiles! We'll have food and beverages for sale, entry is free!

At 5pm Shoestring Press will open its doors for the evening show. Performance art, stand up, burlesque and music will ensue. Suggested donation for the evening is $10-$15. Bring those dollar bills, there will be drinks and raffle tickets for sale.
