2016 Berlin Feminist Film Week

▼The Berlin Feminist Film Week is back for a third round!▼

The 2016 version of BFFW will be celebrating feminist filmmaking in various forms with a program spanning from sci-fi, drama, female comedy characters and documentaries. We will take a closer look at the body positivist movement, discuss challenges for women who code, as well as dive into the world of queer people of color, periods, activists and feminist icons.

The Berlin Feminist Film Week is a feminist film festival founded in Berlin in 2014. We are dedicated to films made by and about women and queer people, we strive for an anti-racist, anti-sexist, trans-inclusive and LQBTQI*-sensitive agenda. The film industry still lacks a lot of diversity, we are here to help.

All films are shown in English or with English subtitles.
