SoundGirls.Org at She Rocks Awards - NAMM

SoundGirls.Org will be at NAMM and be attending She Rocks Awards, which is hosted by The Women’s International Music Network. SoundGirls.Org has a tabled reserved at the awards. Seating can be reserved by volunteering.

The She Rocks Awards pays tribute to women who display leadership and stand out within the music industry. Previous award recipients include female industry leaders Sheila E, Colbie Caillat, Orianthi, The Bangles, Dinah Gretsch, Janie L. Hendrix, Mary Peavey and more. This year they will be honoring a wide variety of amazing women in the industry including Jennifer Batten, Amy Heidemann of Karmin, Chaka Khan, Leslie Ann Jones of Skywalker Sound, Mindy Abovitz of Tom Tom Magazine, Mona Tavakoli & Becky Gebhardt of the Rock Camp For Girls L.A. and Raining Jane, Chalise Zolezzi of Taylor Guitars, Cathy Carter Duncan of Seymour Duncan, Crystal Morris of Gator Cases,Pamela Cole & Leigh Maples of Fanny’s House of Music, Mary Luehrsen of NAMM/the NAMM Foundation, and Sujata Murthy of Universal Music Enterprises.

She Rocks Awards will be held

FRIDAY, JANUARY 22, 2016
7:00 P.M. – 9:00 P.M.
Anaheim Hilton Hotel, Anaheim, CA

She Rocks Awards will feature performances, hors d’oeuvres and beverages, giveaways, a silent auction, networking opportunities and more, the She Rocks Awards brings together industry professionals, music icons, artists, fans and media for a one-of-a-kind event that celebrates women in music. Yes, men are always welcome too!

If you would like to reserve a spot at our table by volunteering (open to the first nine volunteers) please sign up for one of the volunteer spots. All volunteers will be admitted to the Awards. You do not need a NAMM badge to attend.

We can meet up for drinks after the awards or before. In addition Karrie will be attending NAMM on Friday and is available to meet with any members throughout the day, (she may be available Saturday – TBD)

Volunteer Positions
Set up volunteer: Meet time: Noon.
Tear down volunteer: Immediately following event approx 9pm.
Ticket Checkers: Meet at 5pm
Door watchers: Meet at 5pm
