Addressing and Preventing Harassment of LGBTQ Youth webinar

This webinar explores how homophobia, bullying and harassment lead young people to mask their identities, feelings, and questions. In collaboration with Hardy Girls Healthy Women, Thomas Harnett, Esq. will discuss how the laws, school policies, and supportive adults can improve the situation. He will provide an overview of Ugly Ducklings, an important program that can be replicated throughout the country to change cultural attitudes. Thom Harnett directs the Civil Rights Team Project that has established Civil Rights Teams in more than 220 schools.
